I spend a fair bit of time on the road. Hear a lot of truckers ridin the rumble strips too.
For those international folks, here in the U.S. we have strips of tarmac that’s ribbed, so when you get too far over, the tires howl like a wolf in heat.
Nine times out of ten, if you risk mashing the pedal to the floor, blasting by the truck, their texting or some crazy thing.
Croykie mate…, last week one dude was putting drops in his eyeballs riding 75 MPH. Somehow, that doesn’t’ seem all that safe to me, but I could be wrong.
Thing is, those trucks are so big, the driver can’t hear the tires howling the rumble strip back there. Probably got his country on too loud, too engrossed in Pokémon, or texting his sweetie and not paying attention.
They think they’re gettin’ away with it too.
But, we behind him know he ain’t got it happening. It’s obvious to us.
Not unlike someone buzzing the rumble strips of songwriting. It becomes obvious to others a writer is swerving the lanes a bit.
But, that’s why we’re here, right?
Thing is, I swerved a bit with TuneBooster. And, I got a conscious. Either that or this spring air’s makin’ me dizzy.
The timing for March’s release of Tune Booster was crappy. No point in hiding it. It just was.
Fact is, I haven’t like the timing of the releases for a while, so it’s changin’.
April’s is done and soon to publish and that means two things.
First, this ole boy is back where he wants to be in releasing the newsletter.
Second, I’ll be leaving access to both March and April’s issues up for a very limited time.
