Here in the upper Midwest of the USA, we have a mid-November expectation.
Crisp fall mornings.
Lawn mowers are stowed for the winter.
And the summer short pants are boxed away until next spring.
But, that just goes to show you we don’t always get what we expect.
What do I mean?
This year, mornings are cool, but with only one or two which saw a frost weeks ago, they are far from crisp.
Two days ago we mowed lawn with Dandelions poking up and my wife has pea plants growing.
And, the short pants are doable.
For some, the frosty expectation was missed and they are let down it hasn’t occurred.
Me? Aside from any global warming concerns, I’m loving it.
It’s a pleasant change from what I’d expect.
It’s like Mother Nature and I hooked up to create some awesome fall days.
She brought the weather, I brought the attitude and activities, and together we’ve made a beautiful fall 2016.
It’s kind of like we’ve co-written life here in the fall.
Each bringing something to an experience or outcome.
Kind of like co-writing a song with someone.
And wouldn’t ya know, that’s what November’s Tune Booster issue is all about.
A co-writing tip sheet. Things to consider and do when co-writing a song with someone.
Follow these tips? And you almost can’t miss writing a great song together.
I say almost, because we can’t control other people. But, there are things you can do to help steer your sessions to a successful song.
